Entering the Nano World

Monday 13th June 2011; 6.30 – 8.00pm.
Paul O’Brien, Professor of Inorganic Materials at the University of Manchester, will lead a discussion on “Entering the Nano World”.

We will get an introduction to nanotechnology, from the point of view of an academic research chemist who also has a significant role in industry and is Vice President of the Royal Society of Chemistry. As always, anyone from Junior School age onwards is very welcome. You don’t need to be an expert. Just bring an inquisitive mind!

Event starts 6.30 p.m. at The Vale Inn, Adlington Road , Bollington, SK10 5JT.
