Artificial photosynthesis – a sustainable way of powering the planet?

Inspired by natural photosynthesis scientists are targeting new materials that convert solar energy into stored energy in the bonds of a chemical fuel. This talk will explore the science behind artificial photosynthesis and ask the question – is it a way to sustainably power the planet?
